AI 4 Local Growth provides custom AI automation tools including, but not limited to, voice engines, missed call text back, and website conversion chatbots. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are billed on a recurring subscription basis. By entering your payment information, you authorise us (via our payment partners) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of services.

4. Liability

While our AI is designed to increase efficiency and capture leads, AI 4 Local Growth is not liable for any specific loss of revenue, business interruption, or direct/indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
